Shipping Policy

Night Vision Devices USA ships to all 50 U.S. states. We are committed to safe, fast, and trackable delivery of every order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rate

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $120 on all orders to any U.S. state. This rate is the same regardless of order size, weight, or destination within the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

4. Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.

5. Signature Requirement

For orders over $500, a signature may be required upon delivery to protect against theft or loss. The carrier will leave a notice if no one is available to sign. Please ensure someone is available to receive high-value shipments.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately (both packaging and product), then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nightvisiondevicesusa.com. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address on file.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

9. Export Compliance

Certain night vision products are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations (including ITAR and EAR). By purchasing from us, you confirm you are a U.S. resident purchasing for use within the United States. Export of night vision devices outside the U.S. without proper authorization is prohibited by federal law.
