Return & Refund Policy

At Night Vision Devices USA, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, and any defects or issues must be addressed through the product’s manufacturer warranty.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • In its original, unused, and unmodified condition.
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, cables, mounts, and protective materials.
  • Free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of use beyond initial inspection.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been activated, registered, or used beyond initial inspection.
  • Items with physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product listing.
  • Special-order or custom-configured items.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (see Section 3).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first. Email info@nightvisiondevicesusa.com or call +1 (442) 264-8885 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will be refused.
  2. Receive your RMA. We will respond within 2 business days with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and ship. Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship using a trackable, insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Wait for inspection. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to defect or our error, reflecting the cost of inspecting and repackaging high-value optical equipment.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong item was shipped:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
  • No restocking fee applies in these cases.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original product following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

7. Warranty Claims

All products include a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item develops a defect after the 30-day return window, the issue must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
