Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, availability, and specifications, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order affected by it.
3. Orders & Payment

4. Availability, Shipping & Processing
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some items are stocked and some are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer (drop-ship) or are special-order. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days; drop-ship and special-order items typically ship within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe or offer a full refund.

Many night vision and thermal imaging products are subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By purchasing, you represent that you are a U.S. person located in the United States, that products are for lawful use, and that you will not export, re-export, or transfer any product outside the United States without all required U.S. Government authorizations. Title does not pass to any party intending unlawful export. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
